ALUCA is fit for the future: New strategy. New leadership team. New motto.

"Ease your Work“

At ALUCA we have successfully finalized our new strategy until 2030. From now on, under the inspiring motto "Ease your Work", we strive for sustained international growth and would like to further consolidate our position as an attractive employer in a dynamic market environment.

Our extended leadership team

In order to achieve our ambitious goals, we have reorganized and expanded our leadership structure. My colleague Felix Falk is taking over the role of Chief Operating Officer, and my colleague Susanne Bücher will step in as authorized signatory and commercial manager. Together as a management team we will drive forward the strategic realignment of ALUCA.

Customized solutions for more efficiency

Our new strategy aims to help craftsmen, to offer service technicians and fleet operators even more tailored solutions, who optimize their work processes and increase their efficiency and productivity. “Ease your Work” is more than just a claim for us. It is our promise to you, our customers, partners and employees to continuously improve efficiency and joy at work through ALUCA's innovative and customized solutions.

Our commitment to innovation and people

We remain true to our reputation as a quality leader and of course continue to invest in our employees and internal work processes. In my opinion, this is crucial in order to attract the best talent and remain a preferred employer. The consistent development and expanded leadership team reflect our commitment to being at the forefront of innovation and adapting to the changing demands of the global market.

With our new strategy and expanded management team, we are ideally equipped to continue to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions and strengthen our market position internationally. As CEO of ALUCA, I'm really looking forward to helping you make your work easier and more efficient - in keeping with our new motto: "Ease your Work".

Kind regards, Frédéric Straß
